Test App - App-Specific Terms of Service

These App-Specific Terms supplement WagDev LLC's General Terms of Service. By using Test App, you agree to both these terms and the General Terms.

1. Service Description

Test App is a simple task management application that helps you organize and track your daily tasks. The app offers:

1.1 Core Features

• Create and manage task lists
• Mark tasks as complete or incomplete
• Organize tasks with categories
• Set task priorities
• View task statistics and progress
• Export your data in CSV format

1.2 Premium Features

Test App offers optional premium features through a paid subscription, including:

• Workspace collaboration — create and join shared workspaces with other users
• Cloud sync across devices
• Additional premium capabilities as introduced

Core task management features remain available to all users at no cost.

1.3 Workspace Collaboration

• Workspace owners can invite members and control access
• Tasks placed in shared workspaces are visible to all workspace members
• You are responsible for content you contribute to shared workspaces
• Workspace owners may remove members or delete shared content
• Leaving a workspace removes your access to shared data but does not delete content you contributed

2. Age Requirements

Test App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are prohibited from using the app. Users aged 13-17 should have parental permission.

3. Pricing Structure

3.1 Free and Premium Tiers

• Core task management features are free to use
• Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions
• Subscription pricing and billing periods are displayed on the subscription screen within the app

3.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period; statutory refund rights may apply in your jurisdiction

3.3 Future Changes

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice
• Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all tasks and data you create
• You grant us a license to store and process your content as needed to provide the service
• You're responsible for all content you create

4.2 Content Guidelines

When using Test App:

• Create only appropriate task content
• Don't use the app to store illegal or harmful information
• Don't attempt to exploit or abuse the service
• Respect the intended use as a task management tool

4.3 Prohibited Content

Do not use Test App to store:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Content that violates others' rights
• Malicious code or spam
• Content that violates our General Terms of Service

5. Data Management

5.1 Data Storage

• Your task data is stored securely using Firebase Firestore
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest

5.2 Data Export

• Export your task data anytime in CSV format
• Exports include all task information
• Use the export feature in app settings

5.3 Account Deletion

• Delete your account anytime through app settings
• Deletion removes all your task data immediately
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

6. Service Features

• Create unlimited tasks
• Organize with categories and priorities
• Track completion status
• View progress statistics

6.2 Data Sync

• Tasks sync across devices when logged in
• Requires internet connection for sync
• Local storage available for offline use

6.3 Categories

• Use pre-defined task categories
• Categories help organize your tasks
• Filter and sort by category

7. Service Limitations

7.1 Usage Limits

While we don't currently enforce strict limits, we reserve the right to implement reasonable limits on:

• Number of tasks per user
• API usage rates
• Data storage per account

These limits, if implemented, would ensure service quality for all users.

7.2 Service Availability

• Test App requires an internet connection for sync features
• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Local functionality available offline

8. Privacy and Data

8.1 Data Collection

Test App collects minimal data:

• Email for authentication
• Task content you create
• Basic usage analytics

8.2 No Tracking

• We don't track your location
• We don't access device contacts
• We don't collect personal information beyond what's necessary

9. Termination
