3. Data Sharing Specifics

3.1 Workspace Collaboration

Test App includes optional workspace collaboration features for premium subscribers:

• Shared Workspaces: You may create or join workspaces where tasks are visible to all workspace members
• Member Visibility: Other workspace members can see your display name and tasks within that workspace
• Data Scope: Only data explicitly placed in a shared workspace is visible to other members; your personal tasks remain private
• Workspace Owner Controls: Workspace owners can invite or remove members and manage workspace settings

If you do not use workspace features, your tasks remain completely private to you and no other users can access your task data.

3.2 Third-Party Services

Firebase (Google):

• Stores all your task data
• Provides authentication services
• Processes analytics data
• Subject to Google's privacy policy

Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.):

• Monitors app errors and crashes
• Receives error data and device metadata only
• Does not receive your tasks or personal content

RevenueCat, Inc. (for premium subscriptions):

• Manages subscription purchases and status
• Receives anonymized purchase data
• Does not receive your name, email, or task content

3.3 What We Don't Share

5. Data Retention

• Your tasks are retained as long as your account is active

5.2 After Account Deletion

• Task data is deleted immediately
• Anonymized analytics may be retained for service improvement
• No personal data remains after deletion

6. Children's Privacy

Test App is not intended for children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has created an account:

• We will delete the account immediately
• We will remove all associated data
