Test App - Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of Test App and supplement WagDev LLC's General Terms of Service. By using Test App, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

1. No-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

Test App maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:

1.1 Prohibited Content

• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or harm to others
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or content that demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Content that exploits or endangers minors in any way
• Illegal content, including but not limited to content that promotes illegal activities, substances, or services
• Spam, phishing, malware, or other deceptive or malicious content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

1.2 Prohibited Behavior

• Harassment, intimidation, or threats directed at other users
• Impersonation of other individuals or entities
• Attempts to circumvent content moderation or safety measures
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior or manipulation

2. Content Moderation and Enforcement

2.1 Right to Remove Content

WagDev LLC reserves the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We are not obligated to restore any content that has been removed.

2.2 Right to Remove Members

WagDev LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any user who violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Violations may result in:

• Warning and content removal
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent account termination

Severe violations (such as content that exploits minors or promotes violence) may result in immediate permanent removal without warning.

2.3 Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at support@wag.dev.

3. Age Requirement

3.1 Minimum Age

Test App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

3.2 Parental Responsibility

Users aged 13-17 should have parental or guardian permission before using Test App. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor's use of the service.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Test App, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect other users and their content
• Report violations of these guidelines promptly
• Not attempt to circumvent any safety or moderation measures
• Take responsibility for all content you create or share

6. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of Test App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
