This Privacy Policy Supplement is specific to Ears Up and supplements WagDev LLC's general Privacy Policy and Data Security Standards.

3. Data Sharing Specifics
3.1 Third-Party Advertising
Ears Up displays banner advertisements through Google AdMob. The data AdMob collects (IP address, advertising identifier, approximate location, diagnostic data, ads served/clicked, SDK instance ID) is described in Section 4.3 of WagDev's general Privacy Policy. Ears Up does not share your in-app content with AdMob or any advertising provider.
Ears Up does not display any advertisements and does not integrate with any advertising network.
3.2 Third-Party Services
Firebase (Google):
- Stores all your app data

- Processes analytics data
- Subject to Google's privacy policy
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.):
- Monitors app errors and crashes
- Receives error data and device metadata only
- Does not receive your personal content
RevenueCat, Inc. (for premium subscriptions):
- Manages subscription purchases and status
- Receives anonymized purchase data
- Does not receive your name, email, or personal content
3.3 What We Don't Share

4. Your Privacy Controls

- Export Data: Download your data through the app
- Delete Account: Permanently remove all your data
- Manage Content: Delete individual items anytime
4.2 Deletion Rights
- Delete individual items anytime
- Delete your entire account through settings
- Request deletion assistance at privacy@wag.dev
5. Data Retention
5.1 Active Accounts
- Your data is retained as long as your account is active
- Analytics data is anonymized after 14 months
5.2 After Account Deletion
- Your data is deleted immediately
- Anonymized analytics may be retained for service improvement
- No personal data remains after deletion
6. Children's Privacy
Ears Up is not intended for children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has created an account:
- We will delete the account immediately
- We will remove all associated data
- Parents may contact privacy@wag.dev to ensure deletion
7. Security Measures
Ears Up implements security through:
- Firebase's enterprise-grade infrastructure
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Firebase Security Rules preventing unauthorized access
